We are currently seeking an experienced Head Contractor to join our team and lead our projects to successful completion.

Job Description:
As the Head Contractor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from inception to completion. You will lead a team of subcontractors, ensure adherence to safety regulations, coordinate project schedules, and manage project budgets. The role requires close collaboration with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and construction crews.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress, control costs, and manage project budgets effectively.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and project managers to align on project goals.
  • Conduct site inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Prepare and submit detailed project reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Head Contractor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid contractor’s license and relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA) required.
